Details of Services or Professional Services availed, limited credit/debit card information for transaction tracking provided by payment processors, UPI IDs, bank account details where applicable, order history, pricing, and payment confirmations.

Information about how you use the Services and Professional Services, activity on the Platform, booking history, user taps and clicks, user interests, time spent on the Platform, details about user journey on the mobile application, and page views.
For service professionals, we may collect background verification records, professional credentials, police clearance certificates, references, and similar information to ensure user safety.
Ratings, reviews, complaints, and feedback you provide regarding service professionals or our Services.
We also collect, use, and share aggregated data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Retention for Compliance: For the avoidance of doubt, please note that Zynkly is required to retain certain information even after account deletion to comply with legal, tax, financial, and regulatory requirements. This includes records of your transactions and any data we are legally mandated to preserve under applicable Indian laws. Such data will be stored securely and will not be used for any other purpose.
Anonymized Data: Certain data may also be retained in an anonymized or aggregated form for statistical and research purposes. Since this data does not identify you personally, it is no longer considered personal data under this Policy.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws in relation to content uploaded or shared by you on our Platform. You are solely responsible for any content you publish that violates applicable laws.
Our Platform relies on location data to match you with the nearest available service professional and to fulfil our 15-minute delivery commitment. By enabling location services on your device, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your real-time location data.
You may withdraw this consent at any time by disabling location services in your device settings; however, this may impact the availability and performance of certain features of the Platform.
We do not sell your location data to third parties. Location data is shared with service professionals only to the extent necessary to complete your service request.
We use Razorpay for processing payments. Our payment gateway does not store your card data on its servers. Data is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payments.
Your purchase transaction data is used only for as long as necessary to complete the transaction. Razorpay adheres to PCI-DSS standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council — a joint effort of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
